A worked example
A community that raises $10,000 online in a month pays $99 on the flat plan, $150 on the free plan, or $129 on the hybrid. One that raises $2,000 pays $99, $30 or $49. The flat plan wins once you pass about $6,600 a month online.
Questions people ask
Is anything held back on the free plan?
No. Every plan has every feature. The only difference is how you pay us.
Who holds the money?
You do. Donors pay into your own Square or Stripe account, and the money goes straight to your bank. We never touch it.
What about card fees?
Your processor charges its usual rate, about 2.9% plus 30 cents, and you can let donors cover it with one tap. Our share on the free and hybrid plans is on top of that, only on online donations.
Can I switch plans?
Any month. Switch to flat when your giving grows, or to free when it is quiet.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon. Bring a spreadsheet of your members and we import it. Your domain can point at it the same day.
Do you charge for members or admins?
No. Unlimited members, unlimited office logins, on every plan.
